A 160 acre ALTA / ACSM survey showing all improvements
and observable utilities on the property. GPS and conventional
surveying methods were used to produce this survey. Notice
that land corners literally miles outside the project were
located to insure the accuracy of this aliquot part boundary.
A "green field" or raw land survey for a new telecommunications
tower site. Note the three "legs" extending from the center
of the site. Dependent upon topography, field calculations
are made to determine the location of the anchors for this
proposed Guided Tower.
An approximately 3-mile pipeline route survey. This project
required accurate location of improvements and property
lines along the route as well as six ALTA / ACSM Surveys
for right of way acquisition. Permanent controls were left
in place for use in the design profile stages of the project.
Strict time restraints were a primary issue on this project
and Global Surveying Consultants was able to deliver all
of the work in a 3-week period.
